- 1 1/2 Cup
Chickpeas (cooked, rinsed-1, 15 oz can is roughly 1.5 cups)
- 1 1/2 Tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Tsp
Sea Salt (to taste)
- 1 Tsp
Za'atar Spice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rinse chickpeas off and place on a paper towel to dry. Place a paper towel over the chickpeas and gently roll to help dry and remove skins. Continue to pat dry and pick out skins until well dried.
Transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through, or until the chickpeas reach your desired crispiness.
Remove from oven and toss with oil Za’atar and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes until cool and enjoy!
