For real? I happen to LOVE broccoli. I like the simplicity of this recipe and the red pepper adds a pop of flavor without overwhelming it.

4 Cups Broccoli
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
1/16 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Slice the end of the broccoli stalks off, reducing as much waste as possible.
Fill a pot with 1 inch of water. Place steamer basket in and fill basket with broccoli florets.
Bring the water to a simmer, cover, and steam for 5 minutes or until broccoli is bright green and tender.
Pull steamer basket out of pot and toss broccoli with olive oil, salt and red pepper. Add black pepper to taste.
